Make your site usable for people with disabilities and show that you did. Font sizing, contrast, screen-reader fixes, keyboard navigation, and an accessibility statement, plus cookie consent and privacy-request handling if you need it.
About one in four adults in the U.S. lives with a disability. If your website doesn't work with a screen reader, can't be used with a keyboard, or has text people can't read, you're turning those customers away before they ever talk to you.
It's also now a legal question, not just a nice-to-have. Businesses receive thousands of website accessibility lawsuits and demand letters every year in the U.S., and the rules keep tightening: the Department of Justice now requires state and local government sites to meet the WCAG 2.1 AA standard, and the European Accessibility Act has applied to businesses selling into the EU since 2025. Small businesses get these letters too.
The fix is usually not expensive. I'll audit your site, fix the real problems in the code (not just paste in an overlay and call it done), add an accessibility widget so visitors can adjust the site to their needs, and publish an accessibility statement so you have something to point to.

Before software I spent 15+ years running logistics, leading sea-kayak trips, and managing fast-paced ski schools, which taught me that clear communication and tools that don't fail under pressure aren't optional.
I started My AI Summit after wasting too many hours and dollars on tools that were complicated, overpriced, or didn't work. Everything I build now follows three rules: keep it simple, make sure it actually works, and don't overcharge for it.
