These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the “The 15 Minute Closer” GPT experience (the “Service”), provided by [Your Name / Your Business Name] (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You may use the Service only if:

You have purchased access from us or have been granted access directly by us; and

You have a valid, active OpenAI / ChatGPT account and meet any requirements set by OpenAI for using custom GPTs.

You are responsible for complying with OpenAI’s separate terms and policies for use of ChatGPT and custom GPTs.

2. License and Access Rights

Subject to your full compliance with these Terms and payment of any applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use The 15 Minute Closer GPT for your own personal or internal business purposes only.

You acknowledge and agree that:

Access is provided per individual purchaser.

Your access is a license, not a sale of the Service or any intellectual property rights.

We may modify, update, or discontinue features of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

3. Prohibited Uses

You agree that you will not:

Share, resell, or transfer access

Share the private GPT link, license key, or any other access credentials with any third party.

Resell, sub-license, or otherwise provide access to The 15 Minute Closer as part of another product, membership, or service without our explicit written permission.

Copy or clone the system

Attempt to reverse engineer, recreate, or clone the underlying prompts, logic, structure, or configuration of the GPT for commercial use.

Use the Service as a “prompt mining” tool to build a competing product.

Misuse of content

Represent outputs generated by the Service as being created by you without attribution where doing so would violate any applicable law or agreement.

Misuse the content to deceive, defraud, or harm others.

Violation of law or third-party rights

Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.

Use the Service in a way that infringes any intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of third parties.

Circumvent controls

Attempt to bypass technical or manual measures put in place to limit access, usage, or distribution of the Service.

Use automation, bots, or scripts to exploit or excessively call the Service beyond normal individual use.

4. Reasons You May Lose the Right to Use the GPT (Termination Triggers)

Without limiting our other rights, we may suspend or terminate your access to The 15 Minute Closer GPT, immediately and without refund, if we reasonably believe you have:

Shared or leaked access

Posted or shared the private GPT link in public channels, forums, or platforms.

Distributed the link or your access credentials to non-purchasers (friends, clients, or broader audiences).

Resold or bundled your access

Included access to The 15 Minute Closer GPT as a bonus, add-on, or part of any product, course, program, or membership without our prior written consent.

Charged others for direct or indirect access to the Service.

Attempted to replicate or clone the product

Used prompts, outputs, or behavior of the GPT to build, market, or sell a directly competing tool or product.

Attempted to reconstruct the internal configuration or system prompt for commercial use.

Abused the Service or exceeded fair use

Used automation to generate excessive requests or to scrape large volumes of content.

Used the Service in ways that degrade performance or interfere with other users.

Violated laws or third-party rights

Used the Service to engage in illegal activities, harassment, defamation, or violation of privacy or intellectual property rights.

Violated these Terms or OpenAI’s policies

Failed to comply with any material provision of these Terms.

Used the Service in a way that violates OpenAI’s user policies, terms, or acceptable use rules.

We reserve the right to make the final determination about violations and to terminate or restrict access at our discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to:

The 15 Minute Closer name, branding, methodology, frameworks, and workflows;

The system design, prompts, structure, and overall configuration of the GPT; and

Any companion resources we provide (scripts, templates, slide decks, guides, etc.)

are owned by Kale Lincoln, My AI Summit or our licensors.

You obtain no ownership rights in the Service or any related IP, and you may not claim the underlying method, system, or configuration as your own.

You may use the outputs generated by the GPT (e.g., your VSL scripts, slide outlines) for your own personal or business uses, subject to these Terms and applicable laws.

6. Payments and Refunds

Access to The 15 Minute Closer GPT may be offered as a one-time purchase, subscription, or as part of a bundle.

All prices, payment terms, and any refund policy are presented at the point of sale.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise at purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable.

We may, at our discretion, offer refunds or credits in limited, case-by-case situations, but we are not obligated to do so beyond our publicly stated refund policy.

7. No Guarantees of Results

The Service is provided as a tool to help you create scripts, outlines, and related materials. We do not guarantee:

Any specific sales conversions, revenue increases, or business outcomes;

That the outputs will be error-free, suitable for every audience, or compliant with all applicable regulations in your industry or jurisdiction.

You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and using the outputs in a manner appropriate for your business and legal requirements.

8. Modifications, Availability, and Changes

We reserve the right to:

Modify the content, functionality, or structure of The 15 Minute Closer GPT;

Update prompts, workflows, or logic;

Limit or discontinue access to certain features; or

Suspend or discontinue the Service entirely.

We will make reasonable efforts to maintain availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service also depends on OpenAI’s own platform and availability, which we do not control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for access to The 15 Minute Closer GPT.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for certain damages, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kale Lincoln, My AI Summit, its owners, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with:

Your use of the Service;

Your violation of these Terms; or

Your violation of any rights of another person or entity.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

You agree that any disputes arising out of or related to the Service shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
